Summarizer: A Time-Saving Tool for Summarizing Online Articles and Reddit Comments
Summarizer, developed by FreshTe.ch, is a free Chrome add-on that allows users to quickly summarize lengthy articles and comments found on websites like Reddit. With Summarizer, you no longer have to spend time reading through long and boring content. Simply select the article or comment, right-click, and summarize it into a concise few sentences.
This add-on is not limited to just articles and comments. It can also summarize lengthy PDF publications from prestigious universities that you may not have the time or interest to read. Summarizer even goes a step further for Reddit users by automatically summarizing long comments and placing any "tl;dr" at the top, along with an automatically-generated summary.
Summarizer also introduces new features, such as an automatic Imperial-to-metric converter for lengths and weights across all websites. The summarizer has also been improved to better detect sentences for more accurate summaries.
